Today's busy lifestyles demand attention to time and time well spent. In the new world of Real Estate Teams , I have preferred to continue with my Boutique Real Estate Service. Personal Service means just that, I meet personally with all my clients, conduct the open houses, and follow up with fellow agents and their showings.  All information in relation to the progress of your property is completely confidential and handled individually. Many of my clients have repeatedly asked me to represent them over the years in the buying and selling of their real estate and now, with the help and professional services of my son Taylor, we are helping the families of our clientel find their dream homes.

I have all my homes "STAGED" , with a group of trained professionals we offer: PAINTING, PLASTERING, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SERVICES, ROOFING, FLOORING , ANYTHING THE HOME MIGHT REQUIRE ! Although always "staged" our homes never look "STAGED", the end is result is a warm , welcoming natural environment of authenticity and character.

MARKETING : I have a very successful, hands on, creative approach in every ad, postcard, description, flyer and brochure. The goal is to showcase your home in the essence of it's warmth, character or uniqueness thereby targeting the perfect purchaser. Whether "UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN " OR " A HOME FOR ALL SEASONS" I will find the wording , perfect picture, or word imagery to attract the right person to your home.


Special Interests/Hobbies:
 I have been a supporter of The Toronto Sick Kids Hospital for over 25 years. A portion of each comission cheque for every home sold has been donated on behalf of my clients to the foundation. The Toronto East General Hospital is another favorite charity. Community 55, The Children's Breakfast Pogram,  The Toronto Foundation for Student Success,The Terry Fox Run , various Cancer Causes, Children's Literacy, Hospice Care , Programs for Seniors through Senior Link and Harmony Hall, Applicious and many other charitable organizations. Every monthI have donated a portion of my front page ad space in Snap Magazine to many charities over the years.

Community interests have included sponsoring sports Teams , the local Art Studio Tour and the area schools for their fun fairs. 

Personally I love a challenging game of golf or tennis , a good long walk along the boardwalk or an exploration walk through various parts of the city.
